1. While using an Yesware template, discover and attach the desired content from our KnowledgeTree for Gmail or KnowledgeTree for Outlook extension. Just click the KnowledgeTree icon!
2. Discover the desired content in KnowledgeTree and click the share icon.
Copy the share link for your specific prospect.
Paste the share link into an email or an email template from Yesware.
Now you'll get notification from Yesware when the email has been viewed, as well as notification from KnowledgeTree when the content is viewed and downloaded!
