Some customers wish to use their KnowledgeTree accounts with sandbox Salesforce accounts to take KnowledgeTree for a spin without using production Salesforce data.

Any user associated with your sandbox Salesforce org can login to KnowledgeTree using their Salesforce sandbox credentials. Those users will have, by default, the "Sales" role. There are some users that require elevated KnowledgeTree privileges so they can add rules, add assets and perform other tasks in KnowledgeTree. This is where the Invite Administrators functionality comes in handy.

To invite a Salesforce sandbox user as an Administrator in to your KnowledgeTree account:

1) Type their Salesforce sandbox username. It's important that the user you invite matches the Salesforce sandbox username. Otherwise, when they log in with that username, they won't have admin privileges
