If you log in to Salesforce using Single Sign On you can now use those credentials to log in to KnowledgeTree
Logging in to KnowledgeTree with Salesforce and Single Sign On
Begin by clicking the "Log in with Salesforce" button
Next, click the button describing the identity provider you've integrated into Salesforce to support Single Sign On. In this example, we're using Google credentials to log in to Salesforce.
You should now be logged in to KnowledgeTree.
If you see a link that says "Log in to a custom domain" instead of a button for your identity provider, click that link and enter your custom domain name. Contact your Salesforce admin if you don't know the custom domain your company uses. If you log in to Salesforce regularly using Single Sign On, you will rarely, if ever, see the "Log in to a custom domain" link.
Enter the name used to generate the custom domain URL and click "Continue".
If the name you entered is correct, you'll see a button for your identity provider. Again in this example, we're logging in to Salesforce using Google credentials. Click the button for your identity provider. You should now be logged in to KnowledgeTree.
