Rules

  • Are fields from Salesforce
  • Are static
  • Allow for recommendations in objects (Opportunities, Leads, Accounts, etc) in Salesforce by matching the applied rule(s) to selections in corresponding fields.
  • Are searchable in the KnowledgeTree application

Tags

  • Are more organic and dynamic
  • Are free text
  • Do not create recommendations
  • Allow for reps to filter for content based on keywords
  • Are searchable in the KnowledgeTree application

Categories

  • Are more organic and dynamic
  • Do not create recommendations
  • Allow for reps to filter for content based on content type
  • Are searchable in the KnowledgeTree application
